# Maple Sesame Salmon

# Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon fillets
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds

# Instructions

  1. Place salmon fillets in a foil-lined pan.
  2. Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour 75% of the glaze over the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle salmon with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake at 375° for ~30 minutes (20+ minutes per inch of thickness).
  6. Pour the remaining glaze into a small pan and simmer it for ~5 minutes until it thickens.
  7. Pour the glaze over the baked salmon and garnish with sesame seeds.
