Maple Sesame Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 lbs salmon fillets
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup sesame seeds

Instructions
- Place salmon fillets in a foil-lined pan.
- Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
- Pour 75% of the glaze over the salmon.
- Sprinkle salmon with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 375° for ~30 minutes (20+ minutes per inch of thickness).
- Pour the remaining glaze into a small pan and simmer it for ~5 minutes until it thickens.
- Pour the glaze over the baked salmon and garnish with sesame seeds.
