Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks) softened
- 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2½ cup flour
- ½ tsp salt (more if butter was unsalted)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chopped peanuts (less if chunky peanut butter)

Instructions
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars.
- Beat in the eggs.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture.
- Cool the dough in fridge for 30-60 minutes.
- Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and criss-cross with fork.
- Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, until edges begin to brown.
