Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt (less if using salted butter)
- 5 large brown bananas
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Grease two loaf pans.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas and mix in oil and butter.
- Stir sugar, egg, and vanilla into the banana mix.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Don't overmix.
- Stir in 1+ cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes before removing the bread from the pans.
